Call for Papers
The first Conference on Teaching and Learning at UCT was held on Friday 11th November 2011 at the Graduate School of Humanities.
This conference will be an annual event on the UCT calender and will serve as an opportunity to reflect on and debate approaches to teaching in our current South African context. Over 30 academics from across all the faculties at UCT will present their work at the all day event .

Presentations were invited on the theme
Teaching that promotes student learning
and focused on areas such as:- Student centred teaching
- Innovation in curriculum design, classroom delivery and assessment
- Teaching with educational technology
- Research into teaching, learning or curriculum
- Putting educational theory into practice.
